Thank you for shopping with The Seasoned Woman. It is our goal to provide you with the most satisfying shopping experience possible. We will do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with an item you ordered, or you simply changed your mind, we will gladly issue a refund or make an exchange.
Shipping:
Most Packages are sent via UPS. Smaller items are sent Priority Mail. Orders received Sunday through Thursday will generally be shipped out within 36 hours. Orders received Friday and Saturday will be shipped out within two business days. Some orders may take longer to process, in this case an email notification will be sent. Credit cards are not billed until the order is ready to ship. At this time we are unable to ship to APO, FPO or PO BOXES.
Returns
Returns may be made within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling). Please return your order with a copy of the packing slip and a brief note as to why you are returning your order. A refund to your credit card will be made within 72 hours of receiving your return. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in sale-able condition. Fashion items must have their original tags attached. Items purchased at discounted or sale price are a final sale and may not be returned.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock we will notify you within two business days. Should this occur, you will be given the option of modifying or canceling your order. If you would still like to order the item we will do our best to get the item to you as soon as possible.
Sales Tax
If you reside in or ship to the state off Arizona, applicable sales tax will be added.

The Seasoned Woman accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Your credit card will not be charged until order is ready to ship.
